Therapy can feel scary. Asking for help can feel scary. You are making a big step by doing so, and I’m so happy you’re here.

Sometimes life can feel like it is passing us by, and some may feel stuck without the tools or ability to move forward. I aim to help individuals put their well-being first and collaborate to find tools to work through their challenges. Although mental health is not something others can often see, it is just as important as physical health. I want to provide people the space to put themselves first and allow the inner healing to begin.

I believe therapy is a collaborative approach built on a therapeutic alliance between us. I want to work with you to help you discover more about yourself, what tools work for you, and find what makes you feel best. I utilize tools such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, intertwined with developmental stages, and a client-centered approach.

You know yourself best, and I am here to help you discover parts of yourself.  Let’s work together to begin your inner healing.

“Mental health problems don’t define who you are.
They are something you experience. You walk in the rain and
you feel the rain, but, importantly, you are not the rain.”

— Matt Haim

I am a Midwest native at heart. I grew up in central Indiana but started my college career at the University of Arizona. After playing collegiate soccer there for two years, I transferred to Northwestern University to continue my athletic and academic career.

I graduated from Northwestern in June 2022 with Cum Laude Honors, and am currently in my fourth semester at Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School.

I always knew I wanted to help others but was not quite sure what that would look like for me. After being an athlete since I could walk, I am a competitor at heart and realized how many others struggle with their mental health. I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health and being a helping hand in the journey to better mental health.
