Show up as you are
Life can be complicated, and each person's journey through it is unique. The experiences we carry, the relationships we build, and the identities we hold all shape how we move through the world. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and better understand your story.
As a therapist-in-training, my role is to walk alongside you as you explore what you need, work through challenges, and move toward healing. My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I believe the therapeutic relationship can be a powerful vehicle for change, and I want you to feel heard, respected, and understood.
Our culture, identities, relationships, and life experiences deeply shape our mental health. I want to offer an affirming, culturally responsive space where you don't have to leave any part of yourself at the door. There's no one right way through life's challenges, so I'll meet you where you are and move at your pace.

You don't have to be fearless. Doing it afraid is just as brave.

Outside the office
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePaul University, and I'm currently a Master of Social Work candidate at St. Mary's University of Minnesota. Outside of work, I tend my indoor and outdoor gardens, brew a good cup of tea, swim, draw, and write. I also love hiking and exploring new places, always looking for my next little adventure.
