You don't have to walk it alone
The journey of healing is non-linear, and we all need someone in our corner during the harder moments. It's exhausting to navigate a world that wasn't designed with someone like you in mind. Maybe you feel like you twist yourself into knots just to get through the day, or self-doubt and anxiety take up more headspace than you'd like.
Therapy with me is collaborative. You're the expert in your own life, so I see myself as your partner on your path of healing. Whether you're navigating the world as a neurodivergent person, exploring an LGBTQA+ identity, dealing with school stress, muddling through depression, or living with trauma, we can explore it together.
I use psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, always through trauma-informed and strengths-based lenses. You deserve a life that is fulfilling, manageable, and joyful, whatever that means for you.

I work with adults, and I'm especially passionate about working with neurodivergent and LGBTQA+ folks and BIPOC communities.
“The only thing that was ever wrong with me was my belief that there was something wrong with me.”

Outside the office
After earning my Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I worked as a school social worker for four years, three of them in Champaign, supporting students in special education and students working through mental health concerns and trauma. In my free time, I read, play video games, go running, and bullet journal. I also have two adorable cats.
