It's time to stop surviving and start healing
If you're stuck replaying the past, wired with anxiety, numb and disconnected, or worn down by depression that won't lift, you're not alone. Trauma lives in the body and nervous system long after the danger is gone, shaping how you see yourself, how you connect with people, and how you move through your day. That's not a character flaw, and it's not too much. It's a nervous system doing what it learned to do to survive.
I'm an EMDR-trained therapist with extensive experience in complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, anxiety, and depression. I pair genuine compassion with evidence-based methods, including EMDR, somatic work, mindfulness, and cognitive approaches. EMDR helps your brain reprocess painful memories so they stop running the show. We'll work at your pace to rebuild safety, restore trust between mind and body, and move toward real, lasting emotional freedom.
I also work with high-achieving women who are running on empty. You're the one everyone relies on, and underneath it there's a voice telling you it's not enough. Perfectionism and burnout are often trauma responses, wired in early and reinforced by a world that noticed you most when you were performing. I know that exhaustion firsthand, and I'm here to help you stop white-knuckling your way through life.

My story
My path here isn't textbook. I served in the U.S. Army, I built Bodhi from the ground up, and I became a parent through adoption. My military service shapes how I understand trauma, resilience, and the challenges faced by veterans, first responders, and survivors of high-stress environments. I'm also in recovery myself, so I understand the raw, relentless work of healing. Therapy helped me reclaim my life, and I'm here to help you do the same.
