Burnout & Perfectionism

For high-achieving women who are running on empty

You're the one people count on. You do it all, and you do it well. But lately it feels like you're holding everything together with tape, and the bar you set for yourself keeps moving. If you're exhausted, irritable, numb, or quietly wondering how much longer you can keep this up, you're not alone, and you don't have to wait until you crash to get support.

Our approach

We won't hand you another self-care checklist. Your clinician helps you look at what's driving the pressure, including work culture, caregiving, gender expectations and past experiences, and works with you on boundaries, self-compassion and a pace you can actually sustain. All women are welcome here, including trans women, and anyone who relates to this pattern.
