Why MBCT can help

MBCT was developed to help people who've had depression keep it from coming back, and it's also helpful for anxiety, stress and rumination. Instead of fighting your thoughts, you learn to notice them, give yourself some space, and choose what to do next.

What MBCT can help with

  • Depression and preventing relapse

  • Anxiety and chronic worry

  • Overthinking and rumination

  • Stress and burnout

  • Harsh self-talk and self-criticism

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

Step out of the spiral

Some thoughts pull you under before you even notice them. One worry turns into ten, or a bad day turns into a week of feeling like nothing will get better. Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) blends mindfulness practices with tools from CBT to help you catch those spirals early and respond differently.

Our approach

We keep mindfulness practical and doable, even if you've tried meditation before and hated it. Your clinician adapts practices to your body, brain and schedule, including options that work for ADHD and trauma survivors. You'll learn short practices you can actually use in real life.
