I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist offering a space where you can show up as you are, whether that’s messy, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. I know how exhausting it can be to constantly explain yourself or mask just to feel understood. Here, you don’t have to. We’ll unpack what’s feeling heavy, build genuine confidence, and practice practical tools for navigating difficult emotions and situations.
I draw on mindfulness and body-based approaches, because trauma and past experiences don’t only live in our memories. They can shape how our nervous system responds today, affecting how we think, feel, and react. Together we’ll learn to notice those patterns and help your mind and body feel safer. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I’ll tailor our work to your goals, your strengths, and the way your brain works. Whether you’re ready to dig into painful experiences or just need support getting through the week, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
My work is gender-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed. Your identity, the way your brain works, and how you’ve responded to what you’ve been through are all part of who you are, not problems to fix.
I see adults in person and online. You don’t have to know exactly what you need before reaching out. We can figure out the next steps together.
"Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do"
— Brené Brown
I started my career working with kids and families in child welfare. These days, I work primarily with queer adults, helping professionals, and caregivers, many of whom spend so much energy holding space for others that their own needs end up last.
Yoga and mindfulness are important parts of my life and I bring them into our work when they fit for you. I believe rest is essential, not something you have to earn. When I’m not working, I like to spend time outdoors, at concerts, or with my cat, Mochi.
