Our Therapy Services

At Bodhi Counseling, we provide therapy, assessments, and mental health services for individuals and families in Champaign, Urbana, and surrounding Central Illinois communities. Our clinicians use a range of evidence-based, relational, and trauma-informed approaches to support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns.

A structured evaluation process designed to assess attention, focus, and executive functioning. ADHD assessments may include clinical interviews, standardized screening tools, and feedback to help clarify diagnosis and guide next steps for treatment or accommodations.

Psychiatric medication management provides collaborative support for individuals who may benefit from medication as part of their mental health care. Providers work with clients to evaluate symptoms, discuss treatment options, and monitor medication effectiveness over time.
