Welcome to a
Space for Healing
If you’re feeling stuck in the past, overwhelmed by anxiety, disconnected from yourself, or constantly battling waves of depression—you are not alone. Trauma can live in the body and mind long after the event is over. It affects the way you see yourself, relate to others, and move through the world.
Whether your pain comes from childhood abuse, toxic relationships, military service, or other deeply distressing experiences, trauma can make life feel like a constant uphill battle. It might show up as:
-
Anxiety that never shuts off, even when nothing is “wrong”
-
Depression that leaves you exhausted and unmotivated
-
Dissociation—feeling numb, foggy, or detached from your body
-
Difficulty trusting people or building safe relationships
-
Overreacting to small triggers or feeling nothing at all
-
A deep sense that something is “off,” even if you can’t name it
This is what trauma does. But this isn’t the end of your story. Therapy works.
Specializing in Trauma, EMDR, and Dissociation
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting clients through complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, anxiety, and depression. My approach combines compassion with evidence-based techniques that work—including EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), somatic work, mindfulness, and cognitive therapies.
EMDR therapy helps you reprocess painful memories so they no longer control your present. It’s especially effective for trauma, PTSD, and dissociative symptoms. Together, we’ll work to restore your sense of safety, rebuild trust with your body and mind, and move toward real emotional freedom.
“Cada uno de ustedes es perfecto tal como es… y le vendría bien una pequeña mejora.”
—Shunryu Suzuki
You’re not broken—you’re carrying trauma. And you don’t have to carry it alone.
Before becoming a therapist, I served in the U.S. Army. That experience shaped how I view trauma, resilience, and the mental health challenges faced by veterans, first responders, and survivors of high-stress environments.
I’m also in recovery myself, so I understand the raw, relentless work of healing. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re holding it all together on the outside while falling apart on the inside. Therapy helped me reclaim my life—and I’m here to help you do the same.
Let’s work together.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or symptoms of dissociation, you don’t have to do this alone. You deserve therapy that’s personalized, trauma-informed, and focused on lasting change.
It’s time to stop surviving and start healing.
