Who addiction counseling may help
Addiction counseling may help adults and teens who are concerned about their use of alcohol or other substances, having a hard time cutting back or stopping certain behaviors, dealing with cravings or urges that feel hard to manage, or seeing addiction affect their relationships or daily life. It can also help with co-occurring anxiety or depression, and with support during recovery or after a relapse.
What counseling may include
Exploring patterns and triggers related to substance use or addictive behaviors
Coping strategies for cravings, stress, and emotional distress
Addressing underlying anxiety, depression, or trauma
Building motivation and confidence for change
Strengthening relationships and support systems
Sustainable strategies for maintaining recovery and well-being
Addiction Counseling
Compassionate, nonjudgmental support at your own pace
Addiction can touch every part of life: relationships, work, physical health, and emotional well-being. Addiction counseling at Bodhi offers compassionate, nonjudgmental support for substance use and other addictive behaviors. Therapy gives you space to explore what's going on, understand the patterns underneath, and build strategies that support recovery and long-term well-being.

How it works at Bodhi
Addiction counseling at Bodhi is collaborative, trauma-informed, and built around your experiences and goals. Your therapist works with you to understand what contributes to substance use or compulsive behaviors, including stress, trauma, mental health concerns, and what's going on around you.
Depending on your needs and readiness, the focus may be harm reduction, recovery support, or healthier ways of coping. You make changes at your own pace while building a healthier relationship with yourself and your life.
