Who ADHD coaching may help
Coaching may help if you have an ADHD diagnosis, suspect you might have ADHD, or were diagnosed later in life. It's a good fit if you struggle with starting tasks, time management, or follow-through, if you're juggling work, school, parenting, or household demands, or if you want practical tools alongside emotional support.
What coaching may include
Breaking big tasks into manageable first steps
Building routines around your real energy patterns and schedule
Support with time management, planning, and follow-through
ADHD-friendly strategies like body doubling, visual cues, and accountability check-ins
Working with interest-based motivation instead of against it
Addressing perfectionism, overwhelm, and shame that get in the way
Clear, collaborative goals that we adjust as needed
ADHD Coaching
Practical support for routines that fit how your brain works
ADHD coaching at Bodhi is practical and skills-focused. It helps you build routines and systems that fit how your brain actually works, with a focus on present-day goals like starting tasks, managing time, and following through. It's nonjudgmental and neurodivergent-affirming from the start.

How it works at Bodhi
ADHD coaching at Bodhi is collaborative, flexible, and strengths-based. Your coach works with you to figure out what gets in the way of your daily goals, then tests strategies that fit your energy, interests, identity, and lived experience, instead of handing you a one-size-fits-all system.
Coaching is skills-focused and doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you also want support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or the emotional side of living with ADHD, you can pair coaching with therapy at Bodhi. Medication management is also available in-house.
