I am a trained marriage and family therapist who works with adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples. I have experience working with relationship and mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, trauma, couple conflict, communication, and intimacy.
I am an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (ALMFT) in the state of Illinois. This is a provisional license which requires me to work under the supervision of a clinically licensed therapist.
I receive clinical supervision as well as EMDR consultation from Melanie Sivley, LCSW.

I received a bachelor's degree with a double major in Family and Child Sciences and Psychology from Florida State University, and went on to receive a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Auburn University. In my free time, I enjoy watching baseball and football (go O’s and Ravens!), but most sports will do it for me. I also enjoy playing volleyball and softball, and doing yoga. I'm currently experimenting with gardening and exploring the Champaign-Urbana area. I like to spend time with my partner watching movies (particularly Lord of the Rings) and new shows. Although I can't match the hardcore fans, I am also a lover of most things anime, video games, and 70s music.
