(they/them)
Licensed Social Worker

Looking for a therapist who truly gets it? I’m a queer and neurodivergent therapist specializing in trauma therapy, child and family counseling, LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming care, and neurodivergence support. I help kids, teens, young adults, and families navigate anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship challenges, and identity exploration in a warm, affirming, and collaborative space — both in-person and online.

I work with all kinds of people and families including foster and adoptive families, people healing from childhood trauma or abusive relationships, and caregivers who need a safe place to feel heard.

I also support people exploring their gender identity, navigating life as a neurodivergent person, or finding their place in non-traditional family setups such as polyamorous relationships. I have also led teen and adult support groups where people can share their stories and feel less alone.

What it like to work with me? I’m not here to sit on the other side of the room and tell you how to live your life. I’m here to walk alongside you, to really listen, ask curious questions, and figure things out together. We focus on your goals, your values, and what works for you.

Sometimes that means talking things through, sometimes it means learning new coping skills, and sometimes it means having a space where you can finally breathe and be yourself. I draw from different approaches including mindfulness, somatic practices, practical problem-solving, and ways to understand how past experiences still show up today.

Every person is different, so we’ll make it fit you, not the other way around.

I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where kids, teens, and families can be open and feel understood. I work closely with families to improve communication, build coping tools, and strengthen relationships, especially during challenging times.

I receive clinical supervision from David McDaniel, LCSW.

process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do"

After graduating from Bradley University with Bachelor's in Social Work, I earned my Master of Social Work, with a focus on Children and Family Therapy, from Case Western Reserve University.

My specialties include child and teen counseling, anxiety and depression support, trauma therapy and PTSD recovery, neurodivergent-friendly counseling, and LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming care.

When I’m not with clients, you can find me with my family and pets, exploring nature, listening to live music, or making art. Yoga, mindfulness, and being outdoors are big sources of healing for me, and sometimes we bring those into our work together through outdoor sessions, creative activities, or animal-assisted therapy.
