4/7/8 Breathing

I continue processing the pandemic and what sheltering place is like. Although I reject the concept of 'social distancing' I fully embrace the need to physically distance ourselves while increasing our connection with others.


4/7/8 breathing helps with anxiety, stress, fear and anger. By calming the body you are better able to calm your mind.
